1. What are the system requirements?
All our products run on a mySQL backend which run on any good
windows PC.
Recommendation: • 4 CPU Cores
or more • 8 GB RAM or more. The front end can run on any basic
windows machine.
2. Can your software run on Mac OS or Linux?
No. All our products are windows based. However, our web applications such as the BravoHCMS ESS and BravoPOS web portal can run on a web browser.
3. Do your systems come with the hardware as well?
No. However, we work with reliable partners who we can recommend and help you choose the right hardware to suite your needs and budget.
4. What is your license fee structure?
We generally charge an annual license fee [renewable annually]. Depending on the complexity of your operation, we may wave the setup, configuration and training fee.
5. Is after sales support free?
Absolutely. As long as you have an active license, you are assured of constant remote or on-prem support including requests for customization and additional features.
