Multi-location, multi-company management.

Internet is expensive and so is using a full-on online application. BravoPOS is not an online system. However, through intelligent design, we have made it possible for you to management stock and view sales and payment reports, even with an internet uptime of 5 mins per day. Update stock for any location from anywhere in the world on any device.

Using our custom-built synchronizer and secure cloud server, view sales, payments, discounts and inventory reports on any device, from anywhere in the world. Management of reporting and analysis for multi-location establishments could not be easier. Simply log on to our portal and view away. Filter by product group, report category or location within a set period. No need to travel blind any more

Product Expiry Alerts

Batch tracking is a feature that allows the management of stock by batch on all inventory related activities such as stock purchasing, sales, stock transfers, stock counts, adjustment entries, etc. Each batch with its quantity, unit cost and other batch information (such as batch ID and expiry date) can then be tracked with alerts and reminders on relevant actions such as products nearing expiration, slow moving stock, low profit products etc.

Barcode and QR code generation

The use of barcode technology ensures making sales on BravoPOS is quick and easy. However, some products such fresh products (fruits, vegetables and animal products) do not usually come with barcodes. BravoPOS is equipped with barcode generator as well as a Label Printing module that allows for the easy design and printing of barcodes and QR codes on adhesive label tags.

Ease of use is key in the design of BravoPOS. With professionally designed, industry standard features most users get the hang of the interface within minutes. The main POS interface comes with both button and keyboard-based shortcuts that facilitate the completion of orders and other transactions with just a couple of clicks or taps.

Supplier Price Quote Management

Product suppliers can be managed within the suppliers’ product list in order to track purchases and unit costs separately by supplier, even for the same product. The supplier price check feature also enables the comparison of prices for the same product with different suppliers.

Customer Management

Regular orders may be assigned to a customer and closed to the customer’s account for customer that have either pre-paid or have a pre-arranged credit agreement with the seller. Customer statements may be generated and sent off to customers. BravoPOS also has a Customer Order Management feature that facilitates the creation of bulk orders and with customizable invoice templates.

Promos, Gift Card and Loyalty or Discount Card Management

The promotions feature in BravoPOS is rich and highly customizable. Apart from setting the promotion period and days, specific products can also be selected for the promotion and individual or collective discounts or giveaways, set for each product separately.

With an in-build loyalty and discount card module, discount schemes can be created, RFID, barcode or QR code cards printed as well as set discounts percentage or value and minimum order restrictions.

Gift vouchers can be generated and sold out for later redemption. The feature comes with minimum order value, number of uses and expiry controls .
